ORDERS PURCHASED FROM THIS WEBSITE - We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after the carrier notes your item as delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, including all of the packaging.  You may not carry the knife, cut anything with the knife, disassemble the knife, or use it in any way.  Please be respectful.  The handle, blade, and packaging must be free from stains, blemishes, or scratches. The knife and packaging cannot be damaged.  You may remove the knife from the packaging for inspection, which is the extent of the allowable use if a return is desired.

To start a return, please contact us at support@numbknives.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for the return shipping expense.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less the shipping amount you paid to receive your item.  ​Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
